Renovation of a mixed-use development in East Fayetteville, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 51,915-square-foot educational facility.
The scope of work will consist of removing the stone covering at Westover and installing a new cover board and single ply membrane at both schools. The existing roof membranes will stay in place. The Westover roof work area is approximately 511 squares and the Ramsey Street roof area is approximately 435 squares in size. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all proposals. Remove stone cover and install new layer of 1/2" Densdeck and PVC roof membrane over existing roofing 4 insulation in areas indioated. Building Description: Existing building similar to type HA unspninkled education occupancy - masonry walls with concrete deck and built-up roofing. Original building constructed in 444.
