This project shall require that not less than the prevailing hourly rate of wages in the County of Jefferson, as directed by the Missouri Department of Labor and Industrial Relations, for each craft and type of worker required on the project, compliance with section 290.250 of the revised Missouri statues and all related sections pertaining to this project is mandatory.
