sealed bids for a Statements of Qualifications from testing firms, for the Construction Materials Testing and Special Inspections during construction of a replacement pedestrian bridge over Viking Drive. Project construction commences Spring 2024. The construction completion is anticipated to be approximately 9-10 months This project is located at The Hillsboro Campus. The project involves removal of the existing pedestrian bridge, supports, and sidewalks, and installation of a new pre-fabricated steel bridge with concrete foundations, ramp and stairs. Construction generally includes, but is not limited to, cast in place concrete and steel connections. The Construction Materials Testing and Special Inspection Firm shall provide qualified inspector(s) to perform on-site construction inspection (full-time as required) and materials testing.
