Telephone inquiries will not be accepted The purpose of this solicitation is to obtain Bids to rehabilitate the housing unit located at 108 Collins Lane, Yorktown, Va. 23693. SCOPE OF WORK: The Contractor shall provide housing rehabilitation services as described herein, as specified in "Work Write-up / Pricing" (Form E), the "Master Specifications" (Exhibit E), and by reference all other provisions and Exhibits specified in this solicitation. Additionally, the Contractor will supply all labor, materials, dumpster, and all trash-related removal. All work to be completed in a workmanlike manner. All work to be in accordance with State and local codes. Contractor is responsible for maintaining a clean and safe work environment and final clean-up. All work and materials must meet Master Specifications requirements. Work may include paint, windows, siding, flooring, cabinets, and fixtures, etc. All warranties must be submitted to the Homeowner and copies supplied to York County Housing Division before final payment is issued. Contractor is responsible for any County or State reconnection fees.
