Questions regarding this Invitation for Bid (IFB) must be submitted in writing through the OpenGov Procurement Question/Answer Tab via the City's e-Procurement portal, on or before, Thursday, November 16, 2023 by 1:00 pm. The purpose of this Invitation for Bid (IFB) is to solicit bids to furnish/provide filter rehabilitation services. Contractor shall remove and dispose of filter media, underdrains and troughs for four (4) filters and furnish/install media, underdrains and troughs for the same four (4) filters, and also remove media from gravity thickeners. Be sure to give yourself adequate time to submit a bid. Any technical difficulties or uncertainty with the submittal process shall not be cause for accepting a bid that was not submitted on time.
