Cecil County, Maryland is seeking qualified contractors to evaluate and/ replace roofing on various County owned buildings. Interested Contractors/Bidders are required to schedule site visits in advance. This project consists of various roofing needs at six locations within Cecil County. Roof replacement may consist of metal, asphalt shingle, or EPDM material. All questions shall be asked using the question & answer feature via OpenGov Procurement by 3:00 pm on Wednesday, January 10, 2024. The original bond will only be requested from the lowest responsive and responsible bidder after bid opening.
