Renovation of a residential development in Isleta, New Mexico. Working plans call for the renovation of a residential development.

The Isleta Pueblo Housing Authority ("IPHA") will receive bids from licensed and qualified general contractors for the construction of five (5) resi- dential homes on the Isleta Pueblo Reservation. The award of a contract for this project is subject to the approval of the IPHA Board of Commissioners. EMAIL BIDS WILL BE ACCEPTED IF CONFIRMATION EMAIL IS ISSUED. To the greatest extent feasible preferences and opportunities for training and employment shall be given to Isleta Pueblo members/Indian-Owned and preferences in the award of contracts and subcontracts shall be given to Isleta/Indian- Owned businesses. The General Contractor and all subcontractors must be licensed in the State of New Mexico. If a General Contrac tor intends to perform the plumbing, electrical or me- chanical work, he/she must be licensed by the State of New Mexico for each trade he/she self-performs. The IPHA reserves the right to reject any or all bids, or waive any informality in the bids re ceived, whenever such rejec tion or waiver is deemed in the best interest of the IPHA. It is the intent of the IPHA to award the contract for con struction immediately upon ap- proval of the IPHA Board of Commissioners. Bids may not be withdrawn for a period of thirty (30) days after the open- ing of bids without the written consent of the IPHA. Any questions regarding any of the bid documents, including specifications and drawings must be submitted no later than December 22, 2023.
