As of April 7, 2025, construction is underway. The City of Harrisburg's Department of Facilities is seeking proposals from qualified professional firms to perform Construction Management services for the renovation of the City's Baseball Stadium currently known as FNB Field (the "Project"). The selected firm will serve as Construction Manager and provide pre-construction and construction management services for the Project as detailed below. The goal of this RFP is to provide the City of Harrisburg (CoH) with a clear and compelling proposal from a highly experienced team to assure on-time, quality project delivery at a competitive price, with project completion by Spring 2025. This is a design build renovation Project that must comply with the requirements of the Regional Assistance Capital Program (RACP) funding standards and Major League Baseball standards for AA minor league ballparks.
