Project Location: Located on 22 acres of State Game Lands 251, Tell Township, Huntingdon County; identified on the attached maps as "Blocks 1-5". GPS coordinates of Block 1 of the treatment areas is 40.22657 / -77.81212. Mechanical shrub and tree removal services. The Pennsylvania Game Commission, Southcentral Region, requires mechanical shrub and tree removal services. Services shall include, but not be limited to, the furnishing of all labor, supervision, tools, and equipment for the treatment as per attached Shrub and Tree Removal Specifications. All Purchase Orders require the contractor to provide the equipment, labor, insurance, and all miscellaneous expenses to complete the operation. The contractor shall provide proof of current insurance coverage, as required in section v of this document, within 10 calendar days of being notified of successful bid. The Commission reserves the right to reject any or all bids. This project will begin January 1, 2024, and all work must be completed by the termination date: March 31, 2024. As further guarantee of faithful performance of the conditions set forth in this Contract, the successful bidder hereby agrees to furnish the Commission with a performance bond, payable to the Pennsylvania Game Commission, in the amount of $1,000.00 within 10 calendar days of being notified of successful bid. Acceptable forms of a performance bond include Treasurer's Check, Cashier's Check, Letters of Credit, Bonds from Security Companies, or Certificates of Deposit. Cash, personal checks, or business checks are not acceptable.
