Scope Clarifications: The only changes required for the elevators in the lobby are cosmetic and are on the outside of the cars. The sprinkler system is abandoned in place and does not require any work. The necessary ventilation for the new Facilities shop in the basement will be completed under the McClure HVAC contract. Floor cutting and patching for the showers in the Facilities shop and one the 1st floor in the police area will be the responsibility of the contractor.
