Site work for a mixed-use development in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; and water / sewer project.
Project consists of converting a cinder track surface to a synthetic track surface with associated drainage improvements, fencing and other minor associated site improvements. Questions regarding the bid documents shall be directed to the Landscape Architect. All proposals shall be irrevocable for sixty (60) days after bid opening date, unless delayed due to required approvals of another governmental agency, in which case bids shall be irrevocable for one hundred twenty (120) days in compliance with Pennsylvania Act #317 of 1978, approved November 26, 1978, and as amended December 12, 1994, and shall be accompanied by 10% bid guarantee, payable to the Owner. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive, at its discretion, any or all irregularities, mistakes, omissions, or informalities relative thereto. *** Bid event: All sealed proposals shall be submitted to Mr. Howard Kressley, Director of Buildings & Grounds, one (1) original and two (2) copies in an envelope clearly marked on the outside with the name of the Bidder and "Sealed Bid for CD EAST Track Renovation Project". Proposal shall be mailed or delivered to Owner and received not later than the time stated above. Oral, telephonic (facsimile, e-mail, or telex), or telegraphic bids are invalid and will not receive consideration. Project cost range is anticipated to be under $750,000.
