Work includes erosion and sediment control, MOT, temporary steel sheet piling or trench box installation and removal, groundwater dewatering, raw water pumping and disposal, removal and reinstallation of FDOT's precast concrete noise walls, removal and disposal of grand oak tree trunk, installation of line-stops and cast-in-place Reverse Thrust Block, installation of ductile iron piping by slip-line and open-cut, installation of 30" mechanical joint fittings and appurtenances, and ground stabilization and final restoration. Pricing shall include all labor, material, equipment, testing, tax, overhead, and profit necessary to install, construct, and place into service the items described in this bid to provide a complete and functional system ready for use by the City.
