The City of Stamford, Connecticut is requesting proposals from qualified architecture and engineering (A/E) firms licensed to practice in the State of Connecticut to prepare a priority school construction grant application including cost estimating and educational specifications for approval by the Stamford Public Schools Board of Education in accordance with all requirements of the Office of Grants Administration (formerly State of Connecticut Office of School Construction Grants (OSCGR)). The full scope of work is described in the scope/specifications and drawings appended hereto. No RFP Deposit or Pre-Proposal Meeting Deadline for questions 10 working days before the due date All technical inquiries regarding this RFP must be in writing and must be addressed to the Technical Contact identified on the coversheet. The deadline for submitting questions related to this RFP is 10 working days before the due date. Responses to all questions will be furnished through a formal addendum following the closing date listed herein. Proprietary Information The City of Stamford will not disclose any portion of the proposals except to members of the proposal evaluation team prior to contract award. The City of Stamford retains the right to disclose the name of the successful proposer, the financial considerations and any other information in the proposal that is pertinent to the selection of the proposer.
