Friendship House Apartments Hydronic Valve Replacement Project Located at 28 Perry Street, Stamford Ct 06902. Contractors Must Have Related Experience, a Duns/unique Entity Id Number, Be Registered With Sam.gov and Be Licensed in the State of Connecticut. Contractors Also Must Have General & Workman's Compensation Insurance for the Project. The Last Day for Questions is Friday, January 26, 2024. The City of Stamford & New Neighborhoods, Inc. Reserves the Right to Reject Any or All Bids in Whole or in Part, or to Waive Any Informalities in the Bidding if It is Determined to Be in the Best Interest of the Organization. This Bid is Subject to Community Development Block Grant Regulations, Federal Equal Opportunity Laws, Applicable National Policy Requirements & Federal Regulations. Davis Bacon Wage Rates Apply. Installation and Replacement of Hydronic Heating Valve System for (121) Apartments. Work shall include but not limited to removal and replacement of existing control valves, drain valves, balancing valves, ball valves, remote thermostat control and all related plumbing, piping, and any other fittings to perform related work for each apartment and any incidentals thereof.
