The City of Santa Clara's ("City") Silicon Valley Power ("SVP") is seeking statements of qualifications from qualified and experienced firms (hereinafter "Proposer") to provide licensed professional land surveying and title research services ("Services") on an as-needed basis for multiple projects. Such services will include title searches, property line surveys, easement preparation and location, and plot map adjustments. This Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) may result in the award of multiple agreements. EO N-6-22 In order to comply with the Governor's Executive Order, the following information is provided which will be included in City bids and agreements until such time that the EO is rescinded. he EO directs the City of Santa Clara to take certain immediate steps, including notifying all contractors and grantees of their obligations to comply with existing economic sanctions imposed by the U.S. government in response to Russia's actions in Ukraine and any sanctions imposed under state law.
