Professional Engineering Services for Development Plan Reviews. The City of Santa Clara City is seeking statements of qualifications from qualified and experienced engineering firms (hereinafter Proposer to provide professional services to review development plan submittals at both the Planning and Building Permit stages in support of the Department of Public Works DPW. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time. Question Deadline 01/18/2024 at 3:00 PM PT. DPW has developed standard comments and conditions of approval that may be changed from time to time for Planning and Building Permit application submittals (current versions attached). The engineering consulting firm will review the plan sets to ensure consistency with the standard comments and conditions of approval. The required turnaround time for comments is 2 weeks for most projects, although projects involving affordable housing must be reviewed within 1 week. Contract Duration 3 years
