The Project Consists of the Construction of Approximately 1,359 Lf of New Curb and Gutter Along 3rd Avenue North in Cascade, Montana. Work Also Includes Saw Cutting Existing Asphalt and Patch Paving Along the New Curb and Gutter. Employed by Contractor or Subcontractors in Performance of the Construction Work Shall Be Paid Wages at Rates as Required by State Prevailing Wages. The Right is Reserved to Reject Any or All Proposals Received, to Waive Informalities. All Questions About the Meaning or Intent of the Contract Documents Are to Be Submitted in Writing to and Must Be Received by Great West Engineering. Written Comments May Be Submitted to Jeremiah Theys Of Great West Engineering by Mail at: 2501 Belt View Drive, Helena, Mt 59601 or Email at: Jtheys@ Greatwesteng.com Each Bid or Proposal Must Be Accompanied by a Certified Check, Cashier's Check, or Bid Bond Payable to Town of Cascade, in an Amount Not Less Than Ten Percent (10%) of the Total Amount of the Bid. Insurance, As Required, Shall Be Provided by the Successful Bidder(S) and a Certificate(S) of That Insurance Shall Be Provided. All work, including paving, must be completed by May 1, 2024.
