Site work and renovation of a civil project in Cascade, Montana. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.

The project consists of four similar schedules. Schedule 1 consists of replacing approximately 4,400 LF of 8" gravity sewer collection main, 200 LF of 12" gravity sewer collection main, reconnecting approximately 93 residential service lines, installing 22 sewer manholes, removing and disposing of approximately 13 existing manholes, cleaning and re-grouting 4 manholes, installing approximately 700 LF of 4" sewer forcemain within the BNSF right-of way, locating and inspecting an 8" PVC sewer main, installing approximately 900 LF of 8" Cured-In-Place Pipe (CIPP) with some being within the MDT right of way, lift station pump replacements, and general site restoration. Schedule 2 consists of replacing approximately 850 LF of 8" gravity sewer collection main, reconnecting approximately 20 residential service lines, installing 6 sewer manholes, removing and disposing of 4 existing manholes, and general site restoration. Schedule 3 consists of replacing approximately 1,165 LF of 8" gravity sewer collection main, installing 5 new manholes, removing and disposing of 4 existing manholes, reconnecting approximately 23 residential service lines, and general surface restoration. Schedule 4 consists of replacing approximately 350 LF of 8" gravity sewer collection main, approximately 700 LF of 10" gravity sewer collection main, installing 1 new manhole, reconnecting applicable services, and general surface restoration.
