Site work for a water / sewer project in Thompson Falls, Montana. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The project consists of water system upgrades to distribution and the wellhouse. Distribution upgrades include the installation of approximately 6,400 lineal feet of 6" water main in existing easements or roadways, including all necessary air release valves, blow off hydrants, and new individual service meters, meter pits, curb stop assemblies connecting to existing water services in the District. Wellhouse upgrades include removal and replacement of all interior piping, including ultra sonic flow meters, pressure gauges, valves, etc., and removal and replacement of six hydropneumatics tanks within the building. Also included in the wellhouse upgrades is the installation of a new backup generator on the existing generator pad to replace the existing generator Paper copies of the contract documents, consisting of half size Drawings and Project Manual, may be examined or obtained at the office of Great West Engineering, Inc., located at 2501 Belt View Drive, Helena, MT 59601, phone 406-449-8627 in accordance with Article 2.1 of Instructions to Bidders. There is a required fee of $110 per set, which is not refundable.
