10,000 tons of Hot Mix Asphalt Delivery will be taken within a 25-mile radius of Thompson Falls, Montana during a period of time between May 1, 2022 and October 1, 2022. FOB at destination. The price per ton of Hot Mix, shall include separate identification of the price of oil and price of fuel used in computing the bid. The bid price per ton is subject to changes in price of oil and fuel either up or down, based upon the price of oil and fuel at the time of delivery. Any additional fees should be included in bid. This is a requirement only contract and requirements are based upon weather, manpower and availability of equipment. The Board reserves the right to reject any and all bids. Montana Specifications for Road Grade Asphalt Asphalt must be delivered hot mixed to a minimum of 300oF. 5/8 minus aggregate PG5828 or comparable 5.8-6.2% oil Miscellaneous or other requirements Seller shall be responsible for having complied with all federal and state standards, regulations and laws concerning this type of equipment, applicable and effective on the date of manufacture, including safety, noise and emissions control standards as applies to both private industry and governmental agencies. This also includes compliance with applicable O.S.H.A. requirements. The bidder shall list on a separate sheet of paper any variations from or exceptions to the conditions and specifications of the bid.
