Thompson Falls Highschool - Multi-Use Facility Swank Enterprises is advertising bid so-licitations for interested contractors for the Thompson Falls Highschool new Multi-Use Facility. The project is a new standalone multi-use building on the far east side of campus. The building is programed to accommodate industrial art programs (wood, metals, and welding) as well as a common space for school functions and community gatherings The building is approximately 7,000 sf, Type VB construction with a fire sprinkler system. Notice of bidding all divisions of work Div. 2 - 31 The owner and construction manager reserve the right to reject any or all bids received, to waive informalities, to postpone the award of the contract for a period not to exceed sixty (60 days), and to accept bids that is in the best interest of the owner and the project wellbeing.
