Wastewater System Improvements - Sludge Disposal Description: The project generally consists of removing sludge from abandoned lagoon cell 3 and disposing of sludge from the abandoned lagoon cell 3 as well as dried sludge stored in sludge drying bags at the lagoon site which was removed from the Thompson Falls lagoon cells 1 and 2 during 2022-2023.
