Demolition, site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Eielson AFB, Alaska. Completed plans call for the demolition of a 1,615-square-foot laboratory facility; for the construction of a 4,014-square-foot laboratory facility; and for site work for a laboratory facility.
The purpose of this project is to replace the existing Fuels Management and Laboratory Facility B3242. Demolish the existing facility B3242 that is 1615SF. Construct a new 4014 SF Facility with laboratory, ready room for fuel operations, administrative offices, fuels control center, restrooms and locker rooms, conference rooms, classrooms, operations maintenance room, emergency eye wash and shower and bulk storage room. All questions and/or comments should be submitted no later than ten (10) calendar days prior to the proposal due date. The contract cost magnitude for contract award ranges between $10,000,000.00 to $25,000,000.00. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
