AMTX - Fire Suppression System Repairs The Thomas E Creek VA Health Care System located at 6010 Amarillo Blvd West in Amarillo, Texas is seeking to award to repair multiple repairs on our fire suppression system. Contractor shall provide all equipment and labor as described throughout this Statement of Work (SOW). The contractor shall conform to all safety and security requirements and regulations applicable to contractor activity at the specified location. All valves shall be flanged on both ends. Pipe must meet NFPA 13 requirements for fire suppression. The provider shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and services necessary to repair all listed deficiencies on this statement of work. Site visit strongly recommended. Site visit will be held at 6010 Amarillo Blvd. West, Amarillo Texas 79106 in the bldg. 34 conference room 12/13/23 at 1300. Bldg. 34 is located towards the back of the facility. It has a big sign in front of it that says, "Building 34 Engineering" It is located next to the building that is under the water tower. The water tower can be seen from any where on the facility. The conference room is located down the hall to the left in building 34. It is room 3409. Vendors will check in at the police dispatch office in the main lobby of bldg. 28 upon arrival for a visitors' badge. Bldg. 28 is the first building you will come to if you use the Amarillo Blvd. entrance. If you use the 9th street entrance, you will turn left and follow the road around until you reach the stop sign. Once you reach the stop sign make a right turn. You will drive past bldg. 1. Adjacent to bldg. 1 is bldg. 28. Visitors will park in parking lot N on the last 3 rows to the south end of the parking lot. Once visitors have badges, they can proceed to bldg. 34. The period of performance will be complete within 30 days of award.
