Renovation of a municipal facility in Bemidji, Minnesota. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
As of February 08, 2024, project will rebid but no definite rebid date. Project consists of the removal of existing standing seam metal roofing and replacement with insulated roof panels. Existing inner liner panel to remain in order to preserve existing lighting and other devices currently attached to the interior panel. Single combined Bids will be received from qualified Bidders for all portions of the work. Drawings and Specifications may be examined at the Architect/Engineer, EAPC Architects Engineers 222 3rd St. NW, Bemidji, MN 56601, PHONE: (218) 751 - 0151 To substantially complete the Work in the Base Bid by 180 calendar days (six calendar months) from date of Notice to Proceed. The successful Bidder will be the single Prime Contractor for the Project Bid Security in the amount of five (5%) percent of the Bid including all add alternates, must accompany each Bid in accord with 00 1000 - Instructions to Bidders. Cash, Bidders Bond, cashiers checks or certified checks will be accepted. All bidders must comply with Minnesota Statutes 574.26 Contractors bonds for public work. THE OWNER reserves the right to waive irregularities, to reject Bids and to hold all Bids for a period of 30 days after the date fixed for the opening thereof.
