Reference Number 00003832436 Questions received by December 18, 2023 The BC Liquor Distribution Branch requests proposals from qualified and experienced Proponents to provide Preventative Maintenance and Repair Services for equipment located at its Kamloops Distribution Centre. The LDB intends to enter into an Agreement with one (1) Contractor to provide the Services. The Agreement will not be exclusive to the Contractor and the LDB expressly retains the right to obtain the same or substantially similar Services from other sources. Nothing in this RFP nor anything in the resulting Agreement will restrict the LDBs ability to rely on in-house LDB resources or other agreements that LDB may have with other contractors to Repair and maintain equipment or provide similar Services, or issue one or more competitive procurements to fulfil related or similar needs.
