Nature of Work or Services: 500m of Asphalt Surfacing at the start of Jamieson Creek Forest Service Road Located at: Thompson Rivers Forest District - Jamieson Creek Forest Service Road This project is for the re-alignment construction and Asphalt Surfacing from 0km to 0.5km of the Jamieson Creek Forest Service Road. The main parts of the project are: Minor Re-alignment of the existing FSR Sub-grade construction/compaction with specific aggregate material and compaction testing Ashhalt paving and road surface painting Traffic control The Contractor must provide all equipment, supplies, and labor necessary to complete the works outlined in the Jamieson FSR Roadway Upgrade Design (Appendix 2), Detailed Design Report (Appendix 5) and the Sourcing/transport of subgrade material Sourcing/transport of asphalt Supply and installation of all required culverts Sourcing/transport of culvert bedding material Disposal of the stripping material to Jamieson FSR 3km junction with BlackPines FSR. Grass seeds Any tests required (density and asphalt) Traffic control Surveyor and centerline staking Professional of Record (POR) Documents can be obtained from www.bcbid.gov.bc.ca
