The City of Peoria is soliciting proposals for a signage provider to start on or around January 1, 2024, primarily for signage at the Peoria Sports Complex. The Peoria Sports Complex is located at 16101 N. 83rd Avenue in Peoria, Arizona and is the Spring Training and player development facility of the Seattle Mariners and San Diego Padres. The site encompasses almost 150 acres and within this property are a variety of signs. Additionally, various City of Peoria departments may need new or replacement signs, banners, as needed and may utilize the selected vendor to complete their project.
Any doubt as to the requirements of this Request For Proposal or any apparent omission or discrepancy should be presented to the City at this conference. The City will then determine if any action is necessary and may issue a written amendment to the Request for Proposal. Oral statements or instructions will not constitute an amendment to this Request for Proposal Deadline to submit Questions: Dec 21st 2023, 12:00 PM MST Late Proposals will not be considered, except as provided by the City of Peoria Procurement Code. A vendor submitting a late proposal shall be so notified. At any time prior to the specified proposal due date and time, a Vendor (or designated representative) may withdraw the proposal. Telegraphic (facsimile) or mailgram proposal withdrawals will not be considered. The term of any resultant contract shall commence on the effective date indicated on page 1 and shall continue for a period of two (2) years thereafter, unless terminated, cancelled or extended as otherwise provided herein. Contract Extension: By mutual written contract amendment, any resultant contract may be extended for supplemental periods of up to a maximum of thirty-six (36) months.
