Description: Design - Build Services for Federally Funded Vertical/architectural Design-build Projects The scope of work required of a selected Design-Build Firm for vertical/architectural design-build projects shall include, but it shall not be limited to, the following design, permitting, and construction elements necessary for the construction, reconstruction, repair and restoration or demolition activities related to facilities, public buildings (schools, libraries, community centers, fire stations, etc.) and other facility types and/or aboveground utilities. which may or may not have been damaged as a result of a hurricane, terrorist attack or other disaster event and in accordance with the requirements specified in the Design Criteria Package prepared by City.
