Site work and paving for a bridge / tunnel in Jacksonville, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; and for paving for a bridge / tunnel.
The scope of work required of a selected Design-Build Firm for horizontal/civil engineering design-build projects shall include, but it shall not be limited to, the following design, permitting, and construction elements necessary for the construction, reconstruction, repair and restoration or demolition activities related to earthwork, roadways, bridges, drainage structures/systems, intersections, sidewalks, traffic signals, pavement markings, signing, parking areas, lighting, retaining walls, bulkheads, bridges, culverts, streetscapes and utilities which may or may not have been damaged as a result of a hurricane, terrorist attack or other disaster event and in accordance with the requirements specified in the Design Criteria Package prepared by City.
