Remodeling of a fire / police facility in Artesia, New Mexico. Completed plans call for the remodel of a fire / police facility.

As of April 18, 2024, construction has commenced earlier this month All trades have been let. The previous solicitation is listed below for reference: Bidder's attention is directed to the fact that "Subcontractors Fair Practices Act" will be in effect for this project. New Mexico Public Works Minimum Wage Act requires all tiers of contractors for this project to submit certified weekly payroll records to (1) contracting agency (biweekly) and (2) NM Public Works director, when requested by the director or other interested parties. New Mexico Resident Bidders and Veterans Preference will apply to this project. Document note: Bidders/Contractors wishing to purchase the Contract Documents may do so by arranging to have a digital thumb drive mailed to them by the Architect at a cost of $25.00 per drive including standard postal mailing costs. Any costs for expediting or overnight delivery will be borne by the Bidder/Contractor. Thumb drives containing the Contract Documents are not refundable. Should Bidder/Contractors wish to purchase hard copies of the Contract Documents, they may do so at their own expense by contacting Alpha-Omega Printing, 211 W. 3ra St, Roswell, NM 88201, Tele: 575-624-2700. There will be no refunds for returned documents. *This project has been awarded and all trades have been let.
