Demolition, site work and asbestos abatement for a municipal facility in Artesia, New Mexico. Completed plans call for the demolition of a municipal facility; for site work for a municipal facility; and for asbestos abatement for a municipal facility.
The City of Artesia requests Bids to establish an indefinite quantity control contract for Asbestos and Demolition Services for the City of Artesia Community and Infrastructure Department. Bids may be held for ninety (90) days, subject to all actions by the City. The City of Artesia reserves the right to reject any and all bids in part or in whole. A completed bid package shall be submitted in a sealed container indicating the ITB title and number along with the Offeror's name and address clearly marked on the outside of the container. Invitations for Bid packages will be available by contacting Gabrielle Cronopulos, City of Artesia Purchasing Department, 1805 S. 27th Street, Artesia, NM 88210, or by email at gcronopulos@artesianm.gov. The responses to questions will be distributed by January 25th, 2024 Deadline to Submit Written Questions Potential Offerors may submit written questions to the Chief Procurement Officer about this intent or clarity of this RFB until January 23rd ,2024. at 5:00 P.M. Each request for interpretations shall be in writing addressed to Gabrielle Cronopulos, Procurement Officer, 1805 S. 27th Street, Artesia, NM 88210, or via email at gcronopulos@artesianm.gov
