State University of New York at Oswego will receive electronic secured bids for Broadcast Integration Equipment Package and Installation for Hewitt Hall All work on this Contract is to be completed within 500 days after the Notice to Proceed. Scope of Work: Broadcasting Equipment and Installation Package for specialized equipment and systems in the following spaces: 1. Large and Small Broadcast Studios, 2. Newsroom, 3. Control Room for both Large and Small Broadcast Studios, 4. Audio Control Room, 5. Playback/CCU Room, 6. Broadcast interface plates and associated wiring to Machine Room from: a. (5) Exterior boxes, b. Whitebox, c. (1) Large and (2) Small Project Studios, d. Offices and Engineering, e. Screening Room, f. Ballroom, g. Collaborative Core, 7. Audio production systems in the Audio Editing Teaching Lab, Foley and ADR rooms, 8. Podcast Studio and Associated Audio Room. Requestors are responsible for shipping charges. All plan holders who receive the Contract Documents from Plan and Print Systems will receive Addenda notification by e-mail. In compliance with Section 139 of the State Finance Law, all questions pertaining to this solicitation during the restricted period shall be made formally through email to the designated staff. The Campus MWBE Goals are 15% Minority and 15% Women. The Campus SDVOB goals are 6%. The State University of New York reserves the right to reject any or all bids. A non-mandatory Q&A Conference Call has been scheduled to fully understand the parameters and constraints which affect the preparation of the bid for the same.
