This contract is for work in Bliss Hall. The scope of work includes but is not limited to Asbestos Abatement and hazardous materials removal, Bedroom Ceiling replacements, sprinkler system installation, bedroom door replacements. The scope of work also includes but is not limited to concrete, masonry, metals, doors and hardware, gypsum board assemblies, tiling, resilient flooring, painting, fire suppression, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, fire alarm, integrated access controls, earthwork and exterior improvements. Phase 1 scope of work is in the North Wing. Phase 2 scope of work is in the South Wing. There is a base bid and alternate.
