Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in East Wenatchee, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

Site Directions: Rock Island Road from Grant Road intersection to McGee Street. The major items of roadway work occur along Rock Island Road from Grant Road to McGee St SE and include, but are not limited to roadway planing and paving, sidewalk, curbing, striping, ADA ramp improvements, stormwater system improvements, grading, watermain, sewer main and related work in accordance with the contract plans, special provisions, and the WSDOT/APWA Standard Specifications. Est. Value: $ 1,150,000.00 Supplement this section with the following. The Contractor shall perform clearing and grubbing within the construction limits, as necessary to perform the work. The limits of clearing and grubbing shall be staked and flagged by the Contractor for approval by the Engineer prior to construction. Section 2-01.1 is supplemented with the following: (March 13, 1995) Clearing and grubbing on this project shall be performed within the following limits: Within the areas identified on the plans as landscaping/vegetation removal and areas within the right-of-way or temporary construction easements shown on the plans to be restored with vegetation. Any vegetation removal and replacement necessary to construct the improvements shall be restored at the Contractors expense.
