As of March 19, 2024 the project was awarded to East Coast Asphalt LLC with the amount of $156,563,50 FY 2022-2023 LMIG for Roadway Resurfacing. No bid may be withdrawn after the closing time for receipt of bids for a period of sixty (60) days. The work to be done shall consist of furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to construct the proposed FY 2022-2023 LMIG for Roadway Resurfacing as shown on the construction drawings. In general, construction consists of milling, base repair, resurfacing and striping of approximately .21 miles of roadway and all associated measures for the complete project. This work will be awarded in one (1) contract with a 120 consecutive calendar day construction schedule. No bid may be withdrawn after the closing time for receipt of bids for a period of sixty (60) days. Any Contractor submitting a bid must be a pre-qualified Georgia Department of Transportation Contractor. License numbers must be written on the face of the bid envelope. No bid will be opened unless the license number is clearly shown. See Instructions to Bidders for additional bidding requirements. The Owner, reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive informalities, and to re-advertise.
