The River Authority is seeking a contract for professional services for Civil Engineering Services. The River Authority desires to have in place and available consultant(s) to provide engineering services to assist the River Authority with planning, preliminary engineering, design, and construction phase services, as needed, to support flood mitigation planning, repair and maintenance of flood mitigation infrastructure (including dams), parks improvements, third-party reviews of engineering plans and cost estimates and other engineering tasks. The River Authority will award up to a maximum of five (5) firms for this need. Question Deadline 12/21/2023 at 11:00 AM CT Any questions in reference to this response should be directed to the Purchasing Department. Deadline for Submission of Responses: 1/16/2024 before 11:00 AM CST An agreement awarded in response to this solicitation will be for a one (1) year period. The River Authority and the Respondent shall have the option to renew for up to four (4) additional one (1) year terms. At the sole option of the River Authority, the Contract may be further extended as needed, not to exceed a total of six (6) months. The River Authority reserves the right to refuse and reject any or all responses, waive any or all formalities or technicalities, accept the response or portions of the response determined to be the best value and most advantageous to the River Authority, and hold the responses for a period of 120 days without taking action. Respondents are required to hold their responses firm for the same period of time. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
