Scope Site lighting replacement work for the Sunset Park complex in Muscatine, Iowa, including new lighting poles, bases, and underground electrical work. Work covers construction of a new site lighting system for the entire Sunset Park housing area. Commencement of the Work on the project shall be subject to the discretion of the City of Muscatine, Iowa. Project: Sunset Park Site Lighting Upgrades 2806 Bloomington Lane Muscatine, Iowa 52761 Bid security in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid must accompany each bid in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. The Owner reserves the right to waive any irregularities and/or reject any or all bids when, in the opinion of the Owner, such action will serve the best interests of the Owner. *A Performance Bond and a Labor and Material Payment Bond are not required.
