Demolition, site work and renovation of an educational facility in Muscatine, Iowa. Completed plans call for the demolition of a educational facility; for the renovation of a educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility.
Bidders will be required to provide Bid security in the form of a Bid Bond of a sum no less than 5 percent of the Bid Amount or Cashiers Check for a sum no less than 5% of the bid including all alternates. Project consists of demolition of classroom wings of Central Middle School, including reworking fire sprinkler, plumbing, mechanical, and electrical systems to maintain functionality in remaining areas of the school. Work includes replacement of existing roof areas. Alternate bids include additional roof areas for replacement and masonry repairs. The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all offers and waive any irregularities at their discretion.
