St. Petersburg Housing Authority (SPHA) herein solicits bids from qualified, responsible, licensed Contractors for Phase 2 renovations of the Ed White building, 2331 9th Avenue North, St. Petersburg, FL 33713. Work is defined by the Contract Documents and consists of the following: 1. Phase 2 proposed work includes full interior renovation (including but not limited to, new interior partitions, ceilings, flooring, equipment, m/e/p building systems, and fixtures) for 110,916 gsf for SPHA affordable housing, property management offices and amenity spaces. Includes basement, north half of level one (1), and levels two (2) - six (6), plus elevator roof penthouses. 2. Selective exterior envelope repair/renovation and new fenestrations. 3. Site improvements work to bring landscaping and building parking/pedestrian access to code minimum requirements.
