Concrete Mix Materials. Question Deadline 01/10/2024 at 3:00 PM ET. All questions must be submitted via City's online sourcing system's Question & Answer feature no later Questions will be answered via City's online sourcing system no later than No Value on No Value. The City is requesting bids from qualified vendors to provide materials required in the production of concrete via volumetric concrete trucks. The City of St. Petersburg is seeking responses from qualified vendors to provide concrete mix materials for concrete production. Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, supervision, tools, equipment, and vehicles necessary to furnish and deliver road materials as specified herein. Quantities provided are best effort estimates of usage and may vary. Materials shall be delivered to the requested locations as covered by Blanket Purchase Agreement only. Bids will be unconditionally accepted without alteration or correction unless the Procurement Director permits the correction or withdrawal of inadvertently erroneous bids. Bids will be evaluated based on the requirements and specifications set forth in the scope. The City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all parts of the solicitation response, waive informalities, and request resolicitations on the services or products outlined in the scope. The City reserves the right to award the Agreement on a split-order, lump-sum, or individual item basis, or such combination as shall best serve the interest of the City unless otherwise specified. The term "Agreement" as used throughout this solicitation shall mean the Agreement entered into between the City and the successful Contractor(s) for road materials. The initial term of Agreement ("Agreement Term") will be for a period of three years with one 2-year renewal option by mutual agreement of both parties. Estimated Annual Expenditure During the Term of the Agreement the City is estimated to spend $200,000 annually.
