This project shall be performed and completed in accordance with the attached Statement of Work. Pursuant to Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 36.204 and Veterans Affairs Acquisition Regulation (VAAR) 836.204, the magnitude of construction is between $1,000,000.00 and $2,000,000.00. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this project is 238310 with a small business size standard of $19 million. In accordance with Public Law (P.L.) 109-461, this acquisition is a total set-aside (100%) for Service-Disabled VeteranOwned Small Businesses (SDVOSBs). Refer to VAAR 852.219-73 for information and requirements concerning SDVOSB consideration and classification. Bidders must be both visible and verified by the Small Business Administration (SBA) Veteran Small Business Certification (VetCert) database and/or the SBA Dynamic Small Business System (DSBS) at the time of bid submission and at the time of award. Failure to be verified by SBA VetCert or SBA DSBS prior to contract award will result in the bidder being ineligible for award. Furthermore, bidders shall be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) under FAR 52.204-7 at the time of bid opening and remain registered for the duration of contract performance. Bidders must also be registered for the current reporting year with VETS-4212. A Pre-Bid Site Visit will be held on Tuesday, February 13, 2024 at 10:00 AM EST.
