**As of February 21, 2024, project was awarded to Wayne Gentry Builders, Inc., awarded amount is $297,526.10.** The Contractor is advised that the contract time for this project is 120 days until June 28th , 2024. The work according to Plans, Specifications and Scope of Work for the improvements hereinafter described. The project is titled WEST BROAD STREET PARKING LOT and will consist of clearing, erosion control, storm drainage, base & pave, and striping for a conventional and EV parking lot. The owner reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids. Each bidder must deposit, with its bid, security in the amount of, form of and subject to a 5% Bid Bond. No bidder may withdraw its bid within thirty (30) days after the actual date of the opening thereof.
