REQUIREMENTS: 1) See attached specifications and/or related documents for details. 2). All line items must be priced. QUESTION SUBMISSION: 1) All questions must be submitted through portal. Submit all bid documents electronically through PlanetBids. https://www.planetbids.com/portal/portal.cfmCompanyID=24809. The District seeks a licensed B contractor to paint walls and replace approximately 2,670 square feet of flooring at De Anza Community College Adaptive PE program, per description below and Exhibits (including drawings) provided. The construction bid package is prepared by the District for bidding purposes. Provide turn-key work to paint walls and replace flooring at De Anza Community College Adaptive Physical Education Room in PE Building 1, Room PE13. The work includes prepping and painting walls up to the existing acoustical treatment, demolishing and disposing of existing flooring / underlayment, laying a visqueen in the concrete floor depression and infilling with pressure treated plywood as shown on the plans, ensuring the floor is flush throughout the room and installing new flooring and vented cove base. Painting shall be completed per specifications shown in architectural plans. This includes proper surface preparation and painting of all walls and existing mechanical vents, including concrete and wood paneling as indicated in the plans. Contractor shall not paint the acoustic treatment. Flooring shall be installed per specifications in the attached plans. This includes rolls of composition rubber resilient laminated sheet goods Ecofit Plus Action 1213, or equal, as indicated on the plans. Wall base shall be a resilient vent cove Johnsonite (a Tarkett company) VCO XX, or equal, as defined on the plans. By appointment, contractor to verify existing flooring square footage in the field, which is estimated at 2,670 SF. The space is not open for walk-in observation or measurements. Contractor shall start work no earlier than July 1st, 2024 and complete work by September 13th, 2024. This time period includes pre-job set up through post-job clean up. The contractor must supply and furnish all labor, materials, tools, equipment and other miscellaneous accessories as required to complete all the new works as required.
