Reference Number 0000337015 The Town of South Kingstown is requesting qualifications for Architectural, Engineering & Construction Administration Services for the South Kingstown School Building Program. This program shall consist of the following: The replacement of the South Kingstown High School with a new, 125,000 - 150,000 sf facility serving approx. 725 students with roughly 40% of educational areas dedicated to CTE programming. Demolition of the existing facility after occupancy. Construction of a new Physical Education & Athletic Complex, including associated site work.
