Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Columbus, Ohio. Working plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
As of December 26, 2023, project has been cancelled due to issues with funding. Project will rebid but no definite date yet. Chambers Road Improvements - Construct 900 feet of 6 foot wide sidewalk, along with 1090 feet of combination curb & gutter, drainage, and associated work. Westbrook Subdivision Improvements - Construct 15,600 feet of concrete sidewalk in the Westbrook Subdivision. Work also includes curb ramps and driveway repairs. Proposals must contain the name of every person interested therein and shall be accompanied by a bid guaranty and contract bond for the full amount of bid; or in lieu of the bid guaranty and contract bond the bidder may submit a bid guaranty as provided by Section 153.54 of the Revised Code in the form of a certified check or cashier's check. The amount of the certified check or cashier's check shall be equal to ten percent (10%) of the bid. The certified check or cashier's check submitted with a bid will be held as a guarantee on an accepted bid proposa The work shall be completed no later than June 28, 2024 Bidders are required to be PRE-QUALIFIED WITH THE OHIO DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION to submit a bid for this project.
