The Operations Department facilitates the procurement of all materials and supplies used by Beecher Community School District in its day-to-day operations. In addition, to the purchase of all special equipment, materials, and/or services. In accordance with policies developed by the Beecher Board of Education, all supply orders with an anticipated cost in excess of $3,500 are subject to competitive bid. The School District, through the Board of Education, reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids or to split awards by item, or to accept bids which will, in the opinion of the Board, best serve the Beecher Community School District. Window Replacement at Old Beecher High School , 1020 West Coldwater Road Flint, Michigan 48505 . You are invited to bid on a Window Replacement Contract, including installation of new windows and glazing. The Work includes: a. The replacement of existing windows where indicated on the Drawings. b. Removal of existing windows and surrounding materials will be accomplished under a separate contract.
