Site work and asbestos abatement for a water / sewer project in Flint, Michigan. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; and for asbestos abatement for a water / sewer project.
The Kearsley Community Schools Board of Education is accepting sealed proposals to provide Buffey Well Tank for Kearsley Community Schools in accordance with the specifications, terms and conditions stated herein. Asbestos Abatement From Existing Approx 3500 Gallon Well Tank. Demolition Plan to Remove Old Well Tank and Discard Offsite. Fire Protection Plan. Structural Steel Fabrication and Installation. Contractor is to Submit Design Build Drawings Design and Installation of New Well Tank System. Contractor is to Provide Proof of Partnership With Well Company. In Partnership With the Well Company Contractor Shall Submit a Plan for Sanitizing the New and Existing Water Lines. Contractor Shall Submit a Plan for Water Quality Testing. Electrical Work and Controls. Complete Project All Trades and Startup. If, due to extenuating circumstances, above timelines cannot be met, awarded contractor must provide a temporary water supply so that the building may remain open. Project must begin on Monday, March 25th, 2024 and be completed by Friday, March 29th, 2024 Proposals shall remain firm for a period of 60 days from the bid opening The Board of Education reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids in whole or in part and to waive any informalities therein. The Board of Education reserves the right to accept that bid which in its opinion, is in the best interest of the Owner.
