Site work for a mixed-use development in Show Low, Arizona. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
The City of Show Low is extending an invitation for bids for the City Park Regional Detention Project, City of Show Low Project No. FM-1323. Work includes, but is not necessarily limited to, installing an approximately 70,000 CF detention basin at the convergence of drainage channels in the City Park. The work includes excavating material for the detention basin and removing it from the site, installing an outlet structure with piping, a new pedestrian bridge for the walking path, water and sewer service relocations, and seeding. The work includes all required labor, material, incidentals, transportation, traffic control, and services required for the project to complete a usable and operable facility in accordance with all pertinent codes and regulations as necessary to complete the job in a workmanlike manner as shown on the Construction and Bid Documents. The work shall take place in the Show Low City Park in Show Low Arizona. The City of Show Low reserves the right to modify the Scope of Work and to reject any and all bids not deemed in the best interest of the City. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Contract Documents are to directed to Engineer Question Deadline 12/26/2023.
