The intent of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to solicit and receive formal offers from prospective Proponents for the provision of fixed price construction services for the CALGARY- Former Red Cross Building - Capital Maintenance and Renewal Renovation (Project). Modifications to interior and exterior architectural elements, tenant improvements to floors 1-6 and parkade structure. Modifications to an existing office building and parkade including interior and exterior architectural elements, new mechanical and electrical systems, code and life-safety updates, site improvements and the like.
